This is happening the last week in October- for those who have been around for this: does Pattaya have a noticeable increase in the LB population then or is it no difference?
Also is the competition open & worth going to?

Its "Open" in that anyone can register in advance, although there is a limit of 2 Thais or something like that.
I'm bored of the shows, but if I had to pick one to see it would be Miss Tiffany, not this one.

You'll see no difference in the Pattaya LB population - there are still tons.
