How often do you use erection drugs?

At the Bukakke events however all those helper drugs abound in great numbers. Guess its embarassing as hell to be standing in line with your pants down or your dick our and have it all limp and limber like a well done noodle

I do have a question about those drugs. I know it takes stimulation to make them work but are they only good for one shot and done or are they good for multiple shots.

hi kathy, some of the drugs can keep you hard for hours, or once you have done the deed , you may not arise again for a long while it depends on your condition, health, weight, indurance etc.

Marshal, Cialis is tadalaifil - you can buy it without prescription from pharmacies in Thailand. As for is it safe - the same precautions/warnings you need to obverse with Viagra also apply. IE - if you are using nitrate medication (nitrogylcerin sublingual tablets/spray, nitroglycerin patch, etc) for a cardiac/high blood pressure indication, you must NOT use Cialis/Viagra/Levitra or your blood pressure can drop to life threatening levels. This precaution also applies to the use of "poppers" aka amyl nitrate which are illegal in Thailand, but available on the black market.

I would suggest you check the advice of your dr. before using so you are sure there isn't a problem.

Good information and  I hope members can use this addition too:

At this moment 3 most important substances for erection disorder are:
Viagra( sildenafil) /25,50,100 mg tablets
Cialis (tadalafil) / 10,20 mg  tablets
Levitra (vardenafil) 5,10,20 mg tablets
I left out all the asian names ( india labels) because you can check it by reading the generic name on the box. The same goes for other forms than tablets. Beware of counterfeits. Some are cheap imitations and unsafe.
They all work by providing one part of the penis with more blood so an erection can sustain during sexual stimulation.

Most common side effects  with all 3 are:
headache (common), dizzy (common), mild digestion disorders (common in high dosage), visual disorders rare). Cialis (tadalafil) sometimes can cause muscle pain.

Also the 3 show  differences in how fast and how long they work:
Viagra: within a half and 2 hours/ effect last for 4-5 hours
Cialis: within 16-30 min/ effect can last up to 36 hours!!!
Levitra: within 15-25 min/effect can last for 4-5 hours
Viagra and Levitra must be taken without food( otherwise it works after 1 or 2 hours) while cialis can be taken with food.

Common dosage ( so don't take too much on one day) for these medicines are:
Viagra: 50 mg once  a day/ up to a max of 100 mg a day
Cialis: 10 mg once a day/ up to a max of 20 mg a day
Levitra: 10 mg once a day/ up to a max of 20 mg a day
Take more and it will only give more side effects or the risk of a cardiovasculair crisis (when other factors are there like high cholesterol, diabetes or cardiac problems)
Precautions with other medicines (see mr rxparm post).
Other precautions: be careful when you recently ( up to 90 days after) had a heart attack or CVA.
Also don't take Cialis or Viagra with grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice can lower the elimination of both medicines so you risk a higher level. Levitra doesn't have this problem so far.
When you need one of these medicines lately many times and you are older than 50 years there might be a higher cholesterol level involved. In that case check your doctor.

What seems best for cutting through the alcohol is Viagra, the others don't have the "punch" to overcome the brewers droop.

Great advice about the grapefruit juice, I have often poured a glass at breakfast at the hotel. The only time I ever touch the stuff but I won't do that again.

Has anyone else noticed the difference in efficacity?

Well I have to come clean and say I've tried most types and they all seem to give me a bad reaction, mostly stunning headaches, but I've found its normally about 2 hrs after taking so if I pop a kamagra just before starting I can have my fun and be asleep before the headache hits.. So never leave home without it especially if I intend to pound a few beers...

I have the same issue. If I don't drink the old wang works just fine, any more than three drinks and it's lights out for Mr. happy.

I prefer cialis because it last the longest, and for me it also allows me to have a few drinks and still function, although I can get it up it takes a lot longer to cum, which is not really a bad thing.
The only side effect I've had with cialis is an occasional mild heart burn that is easily dealt with a couple of Tums.
