yes, I wrote you back with a brand new user name and password within 5 minutes of when I recieved your letter;
" hey there Distort......I didn't understand half of your letter.....I am really not a tech guy. But I will set you up with a new password and see if that helps out; please write back asap if it doesn't and we will figure something out, maybe a proxy server? Stogie would know more about that stuff than I would......he runs the tech side of things on the clubhouse and the forum.
No way that any British ISP would block access; if they did we would certainly have more problems than just you and so far yours is the only letter we have gotten.
user name; xxxxx
password; xxxxxx
I am using that myself right now and it works fine....if it doesn't for you, please let me know and we will go to plan B"
I am trying to work with you on this whole thing but don't you find it odd that you are the only person having a problem? My mailbox and even this forum would be filled with complaints if people had no access to the members area. I can see the members area fine and so can everyone else.......I suggest that the problem is completely something on your end.
If you want a refund simply write to the address you wrote me at before and I will be happy to oblige.

I didnt get ur mail , can u pvt me the login details on here if possible , I would rather site access than a refund and have joined it many times in the past. It seems to me that the access for the members area is not on the same server as the main site, it seems for some reason that it cannot get to that server where the members area is hosted as it cant resolve it.
The message i get is the page not displayed error when going through the login box so in between the password validation and getting to the members pages it appears to not know where the server is. I tested on another machine in another location and i got the same problem. Its weird as the rest of the site and forum are absolutely fine. Once i get the new login i will try that but im not sure if that will make a difference. If anyone can tell me the IP address for the members area i can try access it thru that, it doesnt appear to be the same IP address as the main site hence i think it is a masked URL being hosted elsewhere ??

OK.....happy to hear that......I was 100% sure that the problem was on your end or I would have heard from more than just you. seems as though Hotmail is having problems in cyberspace these days.......many people with Hotmail have been telling me they haven't been getting my letters and I know for a fact I haven't been getting theirs.
good to see the problem was from your side of things and not ours

Thanks for the quick support
