In a few countrys in the European Union if you establish residency and meet the minimum requirments you can, if you are a ladyboy get a passport from that country, France and Holland, for example that will allow you to list your sex as a lady. well in the philippines you cannot change your gender in the passport even if you had sex change. but lately ive heard that a tranny petitioned a judge to change her gender into a lady in her birth certificate. and ive heard she succeeded but im not sure if she waas able to change her gender in her passport.
