I was getting all excited until you posted the facial close-up.
In my experience, as in this case, your basic ladyboy doesn't stand up to close scrutiny. Air brushed and bent over is the best way to see them.
Take them into the light and see all the exhaust burns, mosquito bites etc.. and the girl of your dreams suddenly looks a bit like a motorcycle taxi driver in a dress.
