stogie really has done a LOT of work on this forum and the clubhouse, and he should be commended. the clubhouse was his idea, and was put together poolside in bangkok one afternoon by myself and him while our girlfriends talked about new breasts or how goofy we both are or some other shite in Thai. we agreed that we should have a 'site-within-a-site', which featured coming attractions and stories and just a bunch of other stuff that would keep you guys busy on the site. i supplied a lot of the content and idea's, but the layout and design were all his and kudo's to him on that.
the forum....he had been telling me for months to 'get out of the dark ages and get a bloody [english guys really DO use that word!] new forum!' so, reluctantly, and only because the other one from site gadgets failed, did we agree to let him tamper with this whole deal, but he seems to have done a good job and you guys like it so this will be the one that we hang with. even a non-tech guy like me, who can barely even answer e-mail and surf the web, will get used to this new set-up and it will be good for everyone over time, i am sure.
stogie is a good guy.....we have met a few times for beers and some good chatter, and our girlfriends are good friends and we all hang out and get along good. now he is proving his tech skills and so far he has turned out a great product in 2 departments.
