That's like what the US government has been doing with their casualties of war.

If a soldier is injured and flown out to say Germany and dies, he isn't counted as dying in say Iraq.

I got no choice,i can't miss another songkran..but we do stay in the confines of the hotel
car park so it's as safe as it gets..We did use to go around in the back of a couple of pick-ups
but it just got too dangerous..just looking on e-bay for a riot canon
