this has always been a subject of debate in the transsexual world and always will be.   some people say it is impossible for them to ever have one; some say it is indeed possible.   Of course the ladyboys that all have it done will all say that they have orgasm's  during sex, but who knows how much of that is just wishful thinking.  I think the verdict is still out, to be honest, but some of the ladyboys that have had it done were happy with how they felt during sex. I have been with  2 post-ops  within a  couple months of their surgeries and it was pretty exciting, for both parties involved; they really seem to enjoy the new sensations and it's cool to watch their expressions as they feel a dick in a place that wasn't possible to feel one not long before. but as with real females, who knows WHAT they are really feeling, ya' know?  They are stimulated  in their new vagina, but more so in their new clitoris just above, which is made partly from the foreskin at the tip of their old dick.  touching it or having that part licked can really be a leg-shaking experience for new post-ops.

  there is a pay scale for 'good' and 'bad' surgeries,  by the way.   for girls that can only afford the entry-level price, 40,000 baht, they get an intern from Chulalongkorn Hospital and frankly the job is not too good.  It smells bad and most ladyboys report that  they can't feel anything during sex. Most get the 80,000Baht job, which in Bangkok is done by a famous surgeon who does  5 or 6 of these per week  year 'round. Pay 150,000-200,000 and you get the very best deal, from a clinic in Chonburi that is reputed to be the best.  Supposedly the ones that get it here can enjoy sex and have the most realistic new 'vagina's'.  personally   I don't see how nerve endings  can be fixed in a way for a non-genetic female to experience  female orgasms, but if someone is going through this life-changing procedure than it seems like this  most expensive option would be the way to go if they can swing it.

    why do I know so much about this stuff?  I have spoken to at least 50 girls who are either post-ops or going in for their operation as soon as possible. Also in this gig I have seen at least 25 up close and personal, and I must say I have seen some that look halfway decent and some that look absolutely horribly.  I even dropped my friend Ponlien off at the hospital for hers, which was kind of like an honor that she would ask me to do that.    still I  drove away thinking  "better her than me".

judging by some of the post-ops I have seen up close and personal, I would suggest that some of these surgeon's be locked away and jailed forever. ruining these girls sexual organs [as well as their psyche] is just as bad as what Kevorkian does.
