As Rxpharm says you may be able to try to get citizenship of your country for your Thai gf.
Have you tried looking at that option.
The only course of action I can think of would be to get married in Spain and then return to your own country and make a legal challenge to the law in your own country.
I believe (but you will have to take proper legal advice) that you may be able to challenge this law in the European Court of Human Rights.
Either way this could be a slow and expensive process!
