me included...being a loner anyway, I don't really have this worry. Frankly I think the scene would bring me into contact with better friends than I've got thru work. Ppl talk about the girls "acting" well, what do ya think half of at work "friends" are doing? Or neighbors? and so on.

That makes sense to me. Being thrown together professionally sucks compared to the cool ambiance of being sectioned together because of a naughty appreciation of the finer things in life!

I used to live with a LB in Manila and brought her to a few parties with work folks.

Didn't tell anyone she was a LB although I wouldn't have denied it if asked.

Nobody said a thing and it never came up but I guess it's possible that one or two twigged. I don't know. If they did though, it certainly didn't have any negative consequences.

to be honest, most of my close friends are people I met through work. I've spent most of my working life as an expat in many different countries and my friends are usually other expats - we would tend to socialise much more than work colleagues who are working in their home town/country.

At the company I work for, people tend to be either vey cool or complete assholes with very few in between. Well, at least it's not boring

I misread the thread title, and wondered what harm there might be in telling a LB about one's work. You make how much? You want to marry ladyboy?

I look at it this way, if Catholic Priests don't suffer professionally, why should anyone else? We just need to convince Pipefitters and Lumberjacks to be a little more tolerant. And Mounties too!

At my old job, I'm sure people would snicker if they knew.   My job would be safe and it might marginally affect advancement.

Even though I talked up temples, I'm sure my coworkers were not stupid and figured I was tasting Asian pussy.

Sometiimes I would say I was going to Florida.

Bottom line, it wouldn't have really hurt my career much but I don't want to be called a cocksucker if I'm not even  

Common sense is to downplay ceratin things in a corporte environment such as my 25 P4P partners in a three week vacation.   Billy's thinking what's wrong with this guy, only 25?

I voted just a bit embarrassing as Im self employed. But my builder type workers would ridicule me for sure and I'd be the but of many behind my back jokes.

These are 2 weeks in Spain lads and if they ever broadened there horizons and saw a real Asian LB would end up in my team for sure

I'm self employed as well, so doesn't really apply: like Looker, I have many masters. I am not sure how my clients would react if they knew of my preferences for TS girls, but it's not really a subject that would arise.

I did take my first-ever t-girlfriend (a Eurasian girl) to a business function, but no-one knew she was a TS. In fact the only comment made (by a former workmate who later became a client) is "How the fuck did an ugly bastard like you pull a bird like that?" I didn't have an answer, then or now.
