Dear All

The big head phenomenon is completely natural. LBs' head are normal. Any man compared to any LB of the same age, height and weight should more or less have the same size of head.

However what is happening is that LBs do not let their body evolve to a complete masculine body either by taking female hormones or by losing their testicles which make their body look thinner (no testosterone no creation of muscle) and more feminine giving the illusion that their heads (normal size) are bigger than their bodies. Furthermore as Naang Faa mentions above the silicone implants on their faces make them look even bigger.

I would personally prefer them to have a bigger ass but head is still ok

Saw a pic of the notorious Lyla on a competing site...would post it but I suspect it's not allowed. In any event, it may just have been the angle at which the photo was taken, but Lyla's head looked huge relative to the rest of her. Not sure if the photo is an accurate representation of how she looks these days but if so, she's gone from being one of the hottest girls on ATS to an absolute freak in the space of about 2 years.

The largest head ever is on Minerva from the Philippines....see the other thread on her movie..... no optical illusion, I have seen it in person and you can't believe that it's real, its like the size of an onion!

its primarily the silicone chin and nose job, makes the head seem disproportionate, and as one other poster mentioned, the emaciated body becomes disproportionate too.
but i still love them...
