Why do ladyboys lie so much?

I do believe they lie more than gg´s and men.
It´s second nature to them somehow. I would like to hear what the experts(Fred) says. Any theory?
Is it their shitty hand they were given from start that makes them lie all the time? Is it the meds/drugs/alcohol combined with mental issues?

The question should really be "Why am I upset when a ladyboy lies to me!"

I lie to them all the time. I don't think I have ever given my real name! Mainly because just once I'd like a ladyboy to ask me something new...

We often comment and complain that Thais lie so much, but I don't know if it is that much more than anyone else. And just how much damage do the lies cause anyway?

Rick, I think Tourot has something here. If many people tell you lies every day, it would definitely have an impact on whether you tell the truth or not.

Have you tried talking with lbs not in the p4p scene? Might be a different situation there.

I'm guessing your exposure to LBs is mainly sex workers. Generally speaking, you're not dealing with the best society has to offer. I've had several Thai friends in the US and I don't think that lying is inherent to Thais or is a Thai trait (after all, as suggested in the above posts, everyone can lie and many do!). I think its the slice of society you're dealing with and lying is just their nature. Its a means for them to get what they want, simple as that.
