I think it was due to the advice of lawyers and other suits @ the HQ of asiants.com. Come on guys REALLY you dont need it. Its like shooting fish in a barrel, isnt it? Finding one is even HALF the fun. I wonder how many times have you guys been to LOS?? If you have been many times then you should know the score by now-if you dont like the bars just stand outside on Nana at 0215 any morning!!! If you are newbies, then dont worry about it.

that section had to be taken down and all contact information had to be stopped......ATS was opening itself up to lawsuits and worse by giving that out. Each gallery has the place where the model was last known to be working....that will have to do.

no, not at all, we aren't doing anything wrong here.....we went into this discussion before this board crashed. all that happened is that we met with some lawyers recently to discuss the website and make sure that we are are in compliance with every law [we are], and they suggested to us that the contact feature we had been running here was probably a bad idea. as they told us, it opened us up to too many problems and opened us up to lawsuits. imagine if a guy met a girl and got ripped off or something; we could be held liable. or a guy catches AIDS? they could claim it was our fault because we introduced them. no, on the contrary we are not 'illegal in some way'; we are trying to follow the law, not break it. Can you write to Playboy or Penthouse and get contact info for their models? Then why should it be ok here?

the final straw came about 3 weeks ago when death threats were made against myself and my family from a member of this website, whom we had introduced to one of the models. he threatened my family if we used more photos of her, the irony being we were the ones who introduced him to his sweetheart in the first place.

No more contact info, sorry.

Yes that the world we live in when it seems no one wants to take resposibility for their actions. Look at the Dems Veep nominee-he made his $$$$ as a "slip and fall" type lawyer. Not really slip and fall just bogus medical stuff....disgusting.

Prompted to comment re the missing contacts page (which I also found usefull) and my comment would be what about the squillions of web sites advertising escorts etc Eros jumps to mind.
Arrived in Singapore late last night so getting revved for some action tonight if I can find some decent lb's.

What i think you have to bear in mind Harry is that AsTS obviously does not want to open itself to the risk of being sued. "Risk" being the keyword. I think our hosts are also based in USA, the land of men in grey suits(lawyers).

Yes of course there are many websites offering all sorts of services which might be deemed risky but their owners are prepared to take a gamble and some sites are probably owner untraceable anyway. Many probably have frontmen or fronts and are based in places like Chechnier or the Cayman Islands, you know the score.

It would be a sad day indeed if Asian TS were to bite the dust just because some $Zillionair dude fired off a lawsuit because his dick shrivelled up (or worse) after a session.

I probably wouldnt be typing this now. Think about it.
