Well that photoshoot is recent from last October so she is likely around still.
She is in front of 808 Nightclub on walking street. Looks like she is working freelance. I don't think there is any ladyboy bars on walking street anymore.
Normally most discos on walking street don't allow ladyboys. Marine disco used to allow ladyboys but they closed.
When I translated the comments from Japanese it said she is always there, so likely you would find her out there most nights.
