Are you thinking about ladyboys in a particular location or just transsexuals in general? I would expect complete domininance BDSM would have some type of sexual component.
Topping someone is a classic symbol of dominance and sometimes very degrading depending on the context. Thai ladyboys might not be as good for domination than say Chinese ladyboys. Probably eastern European TS might be the most brutal, perhaps South American or Mexican TS could be fairly nasty.
