I understood from an earlier post by either JaiDee or Stogie that removing the logo before posting creates a greater legal problem than posting with the logo...but perhaps I misunderstood or I'm wrong...

Seems like a fairly isolated problem to me though...How often does it happen?  Once a week?  Out of how many posts?

Just advise the guy not to fall in love with a photo or at least not one from another site...Plenty of girls on ATS and real girls in LOS to fall in love with...

Yes this is true, you did not misunderstand

I would imagine it is theft and fraud to remove the logo's and post other sites pics

Im sure the decent site owners have a mutual agreement that this does not happen or will try not to let it happen
