facial features. Don't get me wrong, I think she's a beautiful person and she's actually done professional modeling work. I don't mind kathoey either (hence being on this forum) but post-op makes me uncomfortable. She was listing herself as female but I'm fairly certain she's kathoey from looking at her hands in some pictures and other facial features.
