Except a few Laotian and even less Cambodian, you will find no foreign ladyboy in Pattaya. Moreover, don't mess it up looking for a beauty you found in Internet who is back to the farm when you are visiting Pattaya. try to target places you believe you like and go there.

Get a profil in Thaifriendly but don't make contacts before departing, then upload the App in your phone before departing. Upload Line that is essential to contact or keep in touch with Thai ladyboys and Wechat. Don't make pre contacts before departing.

Yes I do agree with you to some extend : there are pro and con at getting preliminary contact ....but at the end you may be right... i still think it is worth to have some good contacts prior to arrive with good comments from teh forum.

Yes I do agree with you : it will give absolutely no advantge to try to enter into contact prior arrival : no doubt about that .
On the other side , it is good to have the contacts on hand on some highly performer in order to contact effectively these relevant ladyboy upon arrival.....without having this list, you may loose some precious time upon arrival .

You may agree that the rules of 80% - 20 % apply : 20 % of good performer versus 80 % of no so good performer .....jumping into the arena without some good inyelligence may lead to meet some not so good girls as such !!!!!

The current p4p scene in Thailand and most other countries has changed a great deal due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Many lbs have left the p4p scene due to lack of customers and it probably won't pick up significantly in Thailand until 2022. The point is any information you get now is going to be out of date, we won't know who has decided to come back to work at the bars or p4p scene until more people get back to Thailand and report on what is going on. There are a couple of bars operating, but they are only a few and have less staff than before the Pandemic.

You can try Thai Friendly, but again, they won't be interested in corresponding with you until you are in country, unless you wish to pay them for webcam sessions. (a few do, but not that many). It's not like regular times in any country, so you should be taking that into account.

If you want to know about Foreigners (one wonder why indeed), you should make your own search in Thaifriendly. It's been answered to you that Pattaya doesnt have so many foreign ladyboys and since they copme from Lao or Cambodia, tourists usually see no difference with Thai ladyboys from Issan.
