Some good advice above and I would also stress setting up an account with sites such as Thaifriendly. In Pattaya there are some older ladyboys sprinkled here and there in bars but you really have to take a walkabout. Last year I met up with Maya at Hot Tuna Bar and she was soon to be forty but still sexy as hell. An old fling of mine, May, is going to be 39 soon so she might be too young and not what you are after. Anyway, here are a couple of photos she sent me that are fairly recent.

Assuming bars are open by August, there isn't really bars that specialize in older ladyboys. The bulk of staff of ladyboy bars is going to be young, fresh and popular ladyboys. The older ones in the bars are going to be the owners and managers, sometimes support staff. Often the older ladyboys become the managers or take some other job in the bar such as cashier or server or bartender. Sometimes, especially in Pattaya, older ladyboys may run their own bars such as in Baby Boom bar the owner is older and skinnier. Linda bar on walking street often has older ladyboys around.

Many older ladyboys have had SRS surgery and others probably have retired. If they are from the country often they will move back home to where they come from and live a quiet life working on the farm or getting some job in town. Not recommended to take them from the street or beach but that is often where you will see some older ladyboys working.

This is something you may probably have to ask for since you won't find many older ladyboys just hanging around but most bars and ladyboys probably know an older friend they could call for you. Also keep and eye on beauty salons as that is often where they can end up working.

Otherwise check on Thai Friendly.
