Sounds like you have been a little unlucky, however it's important to find the right ladyboy for the job.

Hormone use will certainly play a part, and some ladyboys simply will not be able to perform.

Alcohol can also be a contributor, just like it can be for some of us guys.

Those considerations aside, there are clearly ladyboys out there that are proven performers.
