Does anybody know if Few still works in the bar scene,
or a girl called Helen, seen her pics on another site,

Few used to work Obsessions Bar, but has been post op since around April 06.  
She can now be found at Hollywood Rock, on the ground floor, just across from Obsessions.
Spotted her a couple of times in November 06, but post ops aren't my thing !

I'm assuming you are referring to the particularly well endowed Helen ?  If so she is still freelancing in Bangkok.  
Was doing web-cam work on Flirt 4 Free, but don't believe she is currently.

There's also a cutie by the name of Helen that used to work in Cascades. She might still be there, I use the past-tense because I haven't been to LOS in 4 months and I haven't seen the Helen I knew from there online lately. Check my trip report #2 for pics to see if that's the same girl you are referring to. If you're really looking, you might try to provide some more details.

The Helen that i know with the high cheekbones was still in Cascades at Xmas time. Hair cut in a short bob i think....
