An interesting article in the Gazette. The artist is trying to locate 'Simone' http://www.phuketgazette.net/news/index.asp?id=8067 Those of you with a longer history than me may be able to shed some light on this one. Looks like a Soi Croc one to me, and I plead ignorance there

Hmm, are you being serious? Perhaps you haven't been reading the forum much and missed this section: Phuket and the Islands.

The report in the gazette says that the artist has photos:

"She met and photographed Simone on Soi Bangla in Patong in 2008."

Wouldn't it have been easier for the gazette to get a copy of a photo and publish it with the painting?

Looks more like Mona to me. I'll try and get a photo, although its very hard as she's scared of her sponsors seeing.
