I think a few of you are jumping to conclusions, a rectal prolapsed isn't usually associated with sexual intercourse, it's most commonly the result of long term constipation, diarrhoea or other complications within the bowel.

I don't think corrective surgery is so simple (or cheap in Thailand), it's probably quite a big op with a lot of abdominal work and probably comes with the chance of reoccurrence.

I've seen a similar site in the flesh before, and it was completely off putting.

I'll tell ya what my friend, I been on this forum since 2003, and there have been plenty of pics posted and never removed that were far more questionable than yours which to me wasn't that bad at all. I agree, when a mod removes a pic that a member takes the time to post in good faith, the member should be notified and told exactly why.

Well admin has chosen to let the wider angle picture stand for now, so kudos for that. The previous one was a closeup and as he said it may have been removed by request or complaint. I guess that is a fair compromise as I can understand that an isolated asshole picture is kind of gross to some. Although personally I am pretty much desensitized to any pictures of a sexual nature; I know not everyone is. I can relate if I think about how I feel when I look at something on ogrish which I steer clear of for that very reason. I just hope admin will consider the source before removing pictures.
