The advice I was going to give you has already been given by Stogie - and it is a fact that 95% of the Filipina TS Escorts in London are nurses working as nurses 4 days on duty and then 3 days as escorts.

Both are good sites and there are some professionally educated transgenders there however there are also some scam artists posting fake pics and who just want you to send money. I also have some direct experience with Philippine immigration and there have been several threads on the topic. I would suggest you search up previous threads and you will find a wealth of comment and experience with the subject. I think I know why you are seeking someone with a nursing background or schooling in nursing....there is a shortage of qualified personal nurses and caregivers and it is probably your best chance to bring a ladyboy into the US. I know a ladyboy who is going back to school to finish education in that field with the hope of working outside of the Philippines.
