If you mean truly submissive in the BDSM sense, then chances are almost zero in the P4P scene except for Japan where will cost you an eye and an arm

If instead you look for someone in the non-P4P scene, then you'll mostly find crossdresser, more or less passable (usually less) who like to indulge in role-play and so on. Can find them in alt.com and other sites..
