That is Pong, who is a dancer at the Moulin Rose lb cabaret

You can find Moulin Rose if you walk down to the far end of the soi that tequila Bar is on (Soi Tequila?)

In between shows she struts her stuff up and down that soi and around Tequila Bar

She is also a regular at crazy Horse in Singapore, and is here now
