On March 14, City People's Court. Da Nang opened a trial of first instance, sentenced Nguyen Ngoc Thien (SN 1997) to 3 years and 6 months in prison, Nguyen Huu Chanh (SN 1994) imprisoned for 2 years and 6 months and Dang Hoang Kiet (SN 1990) 18 months imprisoned for Stealing asset.
All three defendants are male, but have gone through the transgender process. They play together quite intimately. Do not have money to spend so all 3 invite each other from Ho Chi Minh City. Da Nang employs hotels near the sea and steals.
These subjects use tricks to lure foreign tourists to massage and prostitution. While the guests did not notice, the subjects would rummage their bags, pants, and shirts to steal. Together with this method, only from July 11, 2018 to July 13, 2018, they have completed 4 cases.
3 defendants have appropriated many phones and motorcycles. The total asset value is determined by the authorities more than 61 million VND.
At the trial, the defendants admitted very regretful about the behavior.
