BTW, did you know that in Europe in Chaucer's day big feet were a sign of great beauty (as was a gap in the front teeth)
I had heard that in prarie days you could tell a Nebraska girl by her big feet and oversized right toe, the result of years of flipping cow patties in to bags to use for cooking fuel.

I'm not surprised about fetishes and beauty signs from the past. Look simply at what fashions makes us do today, simply one year from the other!
However, just by chance I was observing a petite chinese lady yesterday. She had rather skinny legs, in particular her calves had very thin muscles and her feet did seem disproportioned and way too big for her, also because she was wearing full open sandals showing the whole foot. In fact, she had rather normal sized feet but the combination of all factors gave away the impression that she had big feet.
If you notice, with most LBs you will see exactly the same problem. You hardly see a LB with well developed "runner style" calves but rather have underdeveloped ones, in most cases even thiner than what a GG will have. So, I do not exclude that is also a visual effect.
