Someone whom I think has good judgement on this and studies it well, is Aom. She told me:

-Dr Kamol is the best in Bangkok for SRS (MtF Aesthetic clinic)
-Soaynam is the best for breasts
-Yanhee is the best for other cosmetic surgery & beauty (nose, hips, skin treatment)

She got her breasts at Soaynam, cut by Kamol, or goes to Yanhee for dermatologist and nose job.

Have seen the results from Pratunam Polyclinic and Yanhee hospital first hand - Ma Thep at the Polyclinic takes the prize hands down

In fact, I know one extremely popular girl here in Bangkok (also a Cebuana, incidentally) who went to Ma Thep to get her implants re-done after the doctors at Yanhee gave some less-than desirable work

This is not scientific, but some girls say that Dr. Thep is great for initial boobs, but that after time, they sag and do not look good, compared to some other hospitals. More than one girls told me this. But honestly, I can't see any evidence of this, because I don't know any girls for a long enough time to see that.

I continue to keep an "eye" on this and it is pretty conclusive now...

Dr. Thep and Soaynam are THE 2 recognized clinics by LBs for breasts. Thep charges 45,000 and uses local anaesthetic. Soaynam has a few doctors, and they charge 39,000 and use a general anaesthetic, with one night stay in the hospital (Thep asks you to walk out yourself immediately after its done).

I've asked at least 50 girls, and it is 50/50 as to which clinic is better. Results, good and bad, can be found from both. Looking through my photos, I would say the same, i.e., they are both very good.

Personally, I would go with general anaesthetic and having it done in a hospital as the deciding factor, as it is less painful and more safe should something really go wrong.

Last month I collected Jan from that Soaynam clinic in Bangkok...I took a few pics of her 8 days later.
She was telling me that for the next month or so they had to be massaged every day for an hour to avoid them going hard

The quality of result of the implant is primarily based on how the doctor makes the 'pocket' to fit the breast (which gives it its shape and postion), the implant itself, AND, very importantly, that the girl massages harshly every day for quite a long time (to avoid hardening).

That explains why some LB's tits are really solid and yet others are nice and soft.

Are you talking about the implant shell hardening, not the actual breast tissue??

It's called 'capsular contraction'. When you create the pocket and insert the implant, there is scar tissue. If you don't massage the breast that scar tissue starts to harden. As it hardens, it squeezes the breast, and basically makes it hard as a rock. Like taking a balloon and squeezing it as much as you can before breaking. It's very hard then. In the extreme, you have take the implant out.

By massaging, you prevent the scar tissue from hardening. Since nothing is squeezing the implant, then it can move around a bit (and more over time as the skin loosens), and thus feels soft.

I'm pretty sure most doctors recommend about many months to a year, however, many girls are lazy and don't do it (May being one!).

If you don't massage a long time, it might be ok, it might not. But if you do massage every day, consistently, I think it is near impossible for it to harden. The massaging must be quite vigorous, and that's why the laziness.

it is highly encouraged by doctors and my sister LBs and can mark the difference between natural feeling breasts and hard breasts as time goes by...
there is an internet site on how to take care of your implants including YES how to massage it in the correct manner...
so girls....massage, massage, massage...i would even recommend you get someone who can volunteer to do it

I'm curious whether you could find a machine to help you out. With all the OSIM type massage shops that are popping up around Asia, it might make sense to repurpose one of their machines a mammary massage machine (M-cubed).

Just a thought ... do you know of any ladyboys who have tried the electric massagers (the ones with four sticky electrodes and a shock box) for softening up new breasts. You could wear these under your clothes all day long (though it might seem a bit funny, since they'd be bouncing around all the time )
