Nowchin, if your wife is Thai and she goes in by herself, the price will be around the same as has been posted for Thai lbs.

I coughed up 60K baht last year for my girl's new rack, they are top quality. I like the way they make the cut through the underarm these days, looks far better than the cut and subseqent scars under the breast.
Funny thing is I prefer the hormone tits or even flat chest to fake tits.
Those poor girls go through a world of pain after the surgery.

Regarding the cut under the arm, an LB I'm close with just had hers done and went for the cut under the breast, which I also don't like. When I asked why, she said she didn't want people to see the cut when she wears sleeveless shirts or is dancing. As a consequence, her breasts look horrible. Go figure.
(donnnnnny @ Feb. 04 2009,12:57) sha sha just had hers done again and i believe she said it was 40 k thai bhat
Apparently, after a new boob job, some of them have someone stand on their chests (presumably barefooted) -- hurts like hell for 4-5 days, but softens them up. Well, this annoying gay guy kept threatening my friend that he was gonna do it, and he eventually got her to do it and one boob went south, and now she's all lopsided and freaking out.
Any recommendations of what can be done short of paying in full for a new boob job? Do they make (re-)training bras for this sort of thing? (I'm joking, because it's so bizarre, but, of course, I'm not) They are like two months old...

The LB's are instructed by the surgeon to routinely massage the tits after surgery but as for someone standing on the chest to soften them up....well that is just ridiculous, but not I'm not surprised as Thais seem to believe in some strange medical practices. My girl claims the surgeon told her not to eat chicken or seafood for 2 months following the surgery.
She also refuses to ever eat duck as she claims it causes one of her feet to swell, very strange indeed.

Here's a good thread Breast Implants in the Academia Forum that discusses the drs and clinics. Price was not generally mentioned, but this current thread pretty much has the prices in the right range.
From speaking with a few lbs, Pratunam Polyclinic - Dr. Thep still is one of the best places. The prices are low there because it is done under local anesthesia ( ) and the other is Suaynam Clinic located in Nonthaburi, a suburban province just immediately north of Bangkok.
One lb friend of mine told me one of her breasts was getting harder and painful to touch. Dr. Thep from Pratunam Polyclinic did a free correction. She says he will take care of any problem for no or little cost if he did the initial surgery.
Yes, it is true it is more expensive to change implants - as the surgery is more complicated. Removing the old ones and putting in the new ones, while minimizing scarring is no easy matter.
In Thailand the axillary (armpit) route is most commonly used as the scar is less obvious, especially if the dr. is skilled.

Hi Guys thanks for all the replys that gives me some good info my LB quoted me Hospital rates when I said that was too much she sais she will go to clinic for 42000 baht less than £1000 not bad. She has to go on 2nd April to do her army service but if she has breasts she will not have to serve only in Thailand eh
