The proper term is orchidectomy. Manarak is right to suggest that likely very few board members have had this procedure done.

I have seen news reports that Dr. Thep does perform this procedure, typically on younger lbs around 16 years of age to keep themselves feminine, and to allow the female hormones to have a better effect with lower doses.
