The cause of fishy fish boxes?

I wonder if this is why some guys think posties smell like fish. I've never noticed a fishy smell with posties, but maybe they had better hygiene or treatment when they faced this infection.

I have not come across this "fishy" smell with any of the postops I've met so far. Most postops I've met are meticulous when it comes to keeping their vaginas clean, so that may be why.

Another reason might be the bacterial flora in postop vaginas might be different than ggs. This is just speculation as the fluid secretions are coming from different glands in gg women vs postops.

Agree with RX. My post-op ex-g/f used daily more than once a vaginal douche to clean herself. I've almost never met any GG who used it, at least in Asia.

I've encountered some kind of odour before with post-ops but not fishy...would rather say a medicine type smell, although not able to reconduct it to any well knows smell which I could clearly describe.

Seems like a thread about fish boxes should feel right at home in this forum!

I thought the News and Views forum also includes things relevant to LBs, while the Fish Box forum says it is about things that have nothing to do with LBs.

Okay, I'll admit that there are some people who think LBs don't have vaginas. I don't know any such LBs personally, but there are some out there.
