On re-reading your link I see that it is the Pratunam Clinic.

I have personal experiance of the work he does and all the girls I know that have been there think highly of him.

All of the girls I have talked to havd no problem with the fact that he does the breast augmentation under local anesthetic.

Maybe that is yet another difference between Western sensibilities and those of Asia.

I must admit I have visited his clinic and it would not be a place that I would chose to have a medical proceedure performed on me.
