Chrissy, Monkey does not actually know who she is, he is making a bit of a joke.

He is making her name up to sound like "Dolly Parton" a popular US country and western singer who has had large breast implants as well.

By the way, I am not convinced that photo Looker posted is real - might be a Photoshop manipulation.
