I wouldn't be at all surprised. There was a documentary last night in the UK in which Louis Theroux visited some of the places that he made programme about 15 years ago on the Porn Film industry. In essence pay outlets (DVD or internet) are being swamped by free internet content - it seems its no longer a money making business.

It did start around 2007, it's to do with the economy at that time, and the rise of the bit torrents, and file share sites, faster internet connections by users. No one wants to pay for porn anymore! For $10 you get a pass to ORON and download 20 gigs a day ... as much pirated material as you like.

Scary is right - this is a true story:

One of my trainees was telling his mates how he met a girl at a club went back to her place and were getting down to business when her phone beeped. It was a tweet informing her of a link to a new game and so they stopped mid shag and went straight to the web link.

Quite what a 20 y o does with a stonking hard on when he's diverted to a mobile phone game is beyond me!
