Just thought i would start a thread with a run down of some restaurants i ate at around Nana.
All have been ladyboy friendly in my experience.
Det-5 Restaurant 41, Sukhumvit Soi 8
This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in Thailand.
It is slightly out of Nana on Soi 8 but you can access it easily by going down Soi 6 from Soi Nana.
Then cut through the hotel there to get out to Soi 8. Nice cool and comfortable location on a fairly quiet Soi.
The first time we went there we order 6 dishes as my LB GF eats like a machine.
However at this place the dishes were 2-3 times the size of any other restaurant I have been to in Thailand.
We couldn't finish even half of the food. The next time we ordered 3 dishes and still couldn't finish.
Great friendly service and prices are fantastic for the size of the portions.

Sanook Cafe at Phachara Suites on Soi 6.
Located in the Phachara Suites they tend to specialize in Japanese food.
Food here is ok but a little pricey, when i stayed at this hotel I tended to eat elsewhere.
Breakfast buffet was not great.

Bus Stop Cafe Sukhumvit Soi 4
The is a good clean and convenient restaurant in Nana.
The food is good, the prices and service are also great.
Get a table or sit at the rail to get a good view of the action on Soi Nana.
Open until around midnight.

Seven Seas Restaurant Sukhumvit Soi 4
Serves good food with good service but a little pricier.
Not much shade here during the day so better to sit inside.
Open until 1:30am.

Swan Bar and Restaurant Sukhumvit Soi 4
The food here is ok and not too much but it is not that clean and the service is pretty blah.
Pretty dark in there during the day.

Heidelberg Sukhumvit Soi 4
This is more of a bar than restaurant but if you like German food this is your place.
All your wursts, schnitzels, krauts and sausages can be found here.
They are open almost all the time, even way late at night if you bang on the door you can get a beer and sausage.
The bar seems to specialize in older ladies.
