Chiang Mai - Lai Thai Guesthouse - LB-friendly?

I asked this question in a CM-thread here, but I'm worried it might not get any attention, so, sorry for the double-post.

I'm trying to make a reservation at the Lai Thai Guesthouse and was wondering whether anyone knew their guest-policy - LB-friendly?

The rate seems good, free WIFI and otherwise I do not need that much comfort ...
