any new developments in ptya scene?

just curious if there have been any major changes in the pattaya scene in the last year (last time i was there)..

any closings of the major bars?
any new bars?
any bars gone down hill?
any drastically improved?

i remember jenny star under marine, something like ice blue jsut down the street on same side, i remember stringfellows and maybe one other across the street from it on soi 13 or 13/1...
