As the title says I’m heading to Bangkok this November. As I’ve read through these threads I’ve noticed how much Bangkok’s ladyboy scene has changed over the last 20 years. From what I can read almost all but obsessions in nana plaza has closed 😭. I went Phuket in 2013 for a month so I’ve got a good idea how the whole thing works, but my question is this………… what can I expect this year as far as lb gogo bars, lounges and free lancers go. Has nana plaza come back to life and what places have the most stunning and abundant lb’s to offer? Thanks in advance guys.

I've always enjoyed November in Thailand, not quite as hot and busy as full high season but eveyrthing is still in full swing.
In Nana Plaza Obsessions is still around and there are three other ladyboy bars for sure, B52, Wonderland and Stars (formerly straps). Not sure if Stars is still a postop bar like Straps. Apparently there is a new ladyboy bar opening on the top floor soon or already, not sure. So that would make 5 ladyboy bars in Nana Plaza.
Outside of Nana is many ladyboy bars, Check in bar, Why not bar, Cindy's bar, cockatoo bar, shadow bar & Chaos 9 bar. Maybe others I haven't listed. No shortage of ladyboy bars in Bangkok now. There is beauties everywhere, still Obsessions is considered to have the top talent as always.
There is now a Hooters across from Nana Plaza.

Pattaya has tons of ladyboy bars now. So Bangkok or Pattaya you won't be hurting for ladyboy bars. Phuket currently has no ladyboy bars that I know of.

Obviously prices are up everywhere and Nana bars have implemented a minimum fee for the ladyboys of 3-4000 baht plus their bar fine.
Pattaya always a bit cheaper.

Thankyou for the reply. That is what I was thinking, not to busy but in full swing. I went to soi crocodile over ten years ago but I’ve heard it’s shut down, the ladyboys weren’t very good either apart from the one that came up to me, absolutely stunning with big fake breasts. This time I’m hoping to be surrounded by stunning ladyboys, the plan is to have a long stay every night.

the info about the bars is really helpful so thanks for that, I thought it was down to cockatoo and obsessions but your reply has made me very excited. I think I may prefer a lounge type venue rather than a gogo setup, but I’m still gonna try them all. Not sure what to expect 😁😁😁

My first time in Phuket was 2015 and Soi Crocodile was long gone by then. Just Cocktails and Dreams bar was still open for a few more years after that. My Bar 3 opened for a short time but I think Tootsies ladyboy massage is the onlly dedicated ladyboy business in Phuket now.

Check in bar and Why not bar are great lounge bars and a change from the pressure of gogo bars. Completely up to date info on Why Not bar here.
Cindy's bar looks pretty good also and she also opened one in Pattaya.

I've never enjoyed Cockatoo bar very much and Soi Cowboy is soso in general. Obsessions is always good but always ends up fairly expensive, but fun. Supposedly there is more ladyboys mixed into the lady bars in Nana these days.

2019 - 2022 weren't too great but things have recovered quite well.

Always fun to visit as many bars as possible. My last trip I think I went to over 25 ladyboy bars between Bangkok and Pattaya.

Good to know. I read it was still a ladyboy bar but that must be wrong or may have changed.

Last summer Balcony Bunnies opened above the cannabis store where the Balcony Bar used to be. They added the space to the bar from the short time rooms they took out of Nana Plaza. At first it was a ladyboy bar but withing a few months it became a lady only bar.

So there is still ladyboys at Wonderland, B52, Obsession and possibly a newer one on the top floor.

Big Dogs is going away and Stumble inn is expanding into it's space.
Plus a Cannabis store, big changes in Nana.

She has two bars, one in Bangkok and one in Pattaya.

I see that bald guy in lots of pics, so possible that is her boyfriend, but not sure.
Still I know she did have a boyfriend in the past but still worked in the bars.

She is definitely royalty in the Thai ladyboy world.

The 'bald guy', as mentioned by Rockheart is indeed Cindy's boyfriend. They're together for > 8 years, so you don't wanna mess around there.

But both Cindy's Secrets bars can provide you with very acceptable alternatives, no doubt there
