A tourist filmed an illegal beach vendor harassing them.
They are pretty aggressive and it is hard just to hangout at the beach in Pattaya.
Some areas they don't bother you but other's they are territorial.
I know the police in Pattaya are trying to clean this up before the army comes in and does it.
They have been rounding up all the ladyboy freelancers on Walking street and the coconut bar, processing them and fining them 200 baht.
There is has been a rash of ladyboys stealing from tourists, however i wonder if they are trying to pin all the problems on ladyboys.
Then by quickly processing them all, it seems they are doing something.
I am not clear why guys are evening playing at the coconut bar late at night?
It seems to be where lots of crime happens.
Some guy goes out on to the beach with an unknown LB late at night.....
