0AM rendezvous at a favorite wee-hours cafe on Le Loi Boulevard.
"I've been told you're quite the film buff," he said roguishly.
She raised her eyebrows.
"From whom?"
Dawson took a sip of his iced lemon tea.
"Oh, I don't know. Word gets around."
Kim raised the hot expresso to her pink-frosted lips. She very gently blew away the steam.
"That snuff film was DESPICABLE."
"Hey, I didn't direct it. I didn't produce it."
"But YOU show it - for MONEY."
"Everybody likes money, Kim. Even YOU."
